Job Title: Line Leader

Shift: 6 AM – 2 PM / 2 PM – 10 PM (Rotating)

Salary: £12.50 – 13.89 per hour

Location: Stafford Park, Telford

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Line Leader to oversee a team of 5-10 operatives in a fast-paced production environment. You will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 operatives to ensure smooth production flow.
Production Line Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and minimising downtime.
Quality Control: Conduct visual and quality inspections to meet company and regulatory standards.
Paperwork & Reporting: Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaboration: Work closely with managers and other departments to achieve production goals.
Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene regulations and company policies.
Clean-as-You-Go Policy: Maintain a clean and organised work area at all times.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar line leader / production supervisor role (preferably in food manufacturing).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to complete paperwork accurately.
Required to work rotate shifts (6-2 / 2-10).
