Job Title: Food Production Operative

Shifts: Static 07:00 – 15:00 or 15:00 – 23:00

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Role Overview:
This is a practical role within a clean, organised, and fast-paced food production environment. You will support the egg breaking process by managing the loading of light product, operating machinery, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Key Duties:

Loading light product onto the robotic line using a walk-behind pallet truck
Operating light product loader machinery
Completing production paperwork accurately and legibly
Adhering to all site health & safety and food hygiene procedures
General housekeeping and support within multiple production rooms
Physical Demands:
The work is not typically heavy or highly manual. The level of physical effort required may vary depending on the configuration of incoming stacks—if they arrive correctly, the process is mostly automated.

Site Visits:
Candidates are welcome to visit the site ahead of the start date to view the process and ask any questions.

Requirements:

Safety boots and a high-visibility vest are essential
No jewellery, including rings and watches, is permitted on site
A basic understanding of food hygiene practices is required (training provided)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork
Must be eligible to work in the UK
