Job Title: E-commerce Support Analyst
Location: Telford
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)
Working Hours: Choice of 7am–3pm, 8am–4pm, or 9am–5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and manage website bugs/issues from initial report through to resolution and deployment
Perform testing for new projects and support fixes, logging results and reporting outcomes
Analyse site performance and customer interaction data to recommend enhancements
Conduct research and contribute to the planning of new e-commerce initiatives and customer experience improvements
Create clear and concise reports and project updates for internal stakeholders
Support the wider business with ad-hoc analysis and project-related tasks
What We’re Looking For:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in a support environment (e.g., JIRA or similar ticketing systems)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office setting
Experience in retail or e-commerce environments
Comfortable with change and adaptable to evolving business needs
Project support or creation experience is desirable
Magento platform experience is a plus
