£23,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission – OTE £50k+

What You’ll Be Doing:

Engaging with existing and potential customers over the phone – no cold calling!
Building trusted relationships by providing helpful, honest product/service advice.
Spotting opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs.
Managing your own pipeline, following up on warm leads, and hitting realistic sales targets.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.

A confident, friendly communicator who loves speaking to people.
Motivated by targets, rewards, and making a real impact.
Previous telesales, customer service, or contact centre experience is ideal – but your attitude and willingness to learn matter more.
Resilient, positive, and able to work at a fast pace with accuracy and care.

Hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm | Friday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
