About the Role:
We are currently recruiting permanent Food Production Operatives to join our client’s growing food manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role working in a chilled environment, ideal for individuals who are reliable, hard-working, and comfortable with physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lifting ingredients and finished products (up to 15kg) as part of the production process
Following detailed recipes and production instructions
Mixing products using appropriate equipment and techniques
Weighing and packing products with accuracy and efficiency
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times
Working as part of a team to ensure production targets are met
Supporting other duties within the production area as required
Requirements:

Previous experience in food production or a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
Ability to lift and handle products up to 15kg
Comfortable working in a chilled environment
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional Saturdays
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
